We strive to deliver services to Siksika families that are less intrusive, more home-based, culturally appropriate, more holistic and preventative in nature.

To complete an application for employment we require the following:

  • Resume and cover letter
  • Criminal record check (within the past 6 months)
  • Child Intervention record check
  • Resume including Degree and/or other pertinent documents
  • Copy of driver's license
  • Three references, one from last employer

Employee Assistance Program

To ensure that our employees deliver the best care for the families we work with, we strive to take care of our employees and their families.

Our Employee Assistance Program offers those working at Siksika Children's Services and their eligible family members confidential counselor assistance. Up to five one-hour sessions are available per year via this program. This program also includes telephone, skype or email counseling options.
